Anyone can verifyOpen either address in a block explorer. The dev buy is separate and stays with the creator.

“Direct” delivers to a wallet the charity publishes itself. “Endaoment” delivers to the charity's on-chain donor-advised fund (a registered 501(c)(3) contract; look up the EIN on the IRS or ProPublica). “Manual” means the charity only takes crypto through a processor with no fixed address, so a person completes and records that donation. Endaoment charges about 1.5%; the bridge costs a few cents.
